Dove Real Beauty Sketches

As I get older, I grow more & more privy to the amount of scrutiny that women face. Every word, action, desire, dream, fear, belief, etc—seems to come tied with a social pressure that seems so foreign to a man. We tend to shun the things they really need, and glorify the things that won’t genuinely serve them for the better. Not to mention the plethora of double standards we have. We definitely need to protect & support the women of our world more than we do.

This ad touched home for me. To all the women who have helped me grow—let this vid be a reminder to you all that you are indeed profoundly beautiful.
